I lead with structure. And warmth. I show up prepared, and I listen for what's underneath the words, not just what's said.

I believe coaching should feel collaborative. Not directive.

My job isn't to hand you a plan. It's to ask the questions that help you find the plan that's actually yours.

Some sessions need structure. Some need space. I pay attention to which one you need, because it's rarely the same every time.

Either way, expect sessions that move you somewhere. I respect your time too much to waste it.

  • First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free consultation to determine your coaching needs. Select a Zoom or phone call. Whatever feel comfortable to you.

  • I believe coaching should begin with trust and trust begins with transparency. That’s why I make my pricing clear and available on my website. I want you to know exactly what the investment is before we ever begin a conversation.

    There’s no pressure, no hidden fees, and no need to wonder whether we’re a good fit. You deserve the information you need to make a decision that feels right for you.

    For me, transparency is part of creating a genuine coaching relationship: clear, honest, respectful, and focused on what matters most - your goals and the change you want to create.

    Founding Client Rate — 1:1 Coaching
    $65 per session (60 minutes) or $50 for 4 session package.

    This rate reflects my current ICF hour-building status. As I complete certification, pricing will adjust to reflect full accreditation

    Sessions are held via Zoom and scheduled through Calendly.

  • There's no set length! Some clients come for a handful of sessions around a specific goal, others work with me for several months as they navigate a bigger transition. We'll check in regularly on what's working and decide together when it makes sense to wrap up or continue.
